Introduction

Sapphire Bay Designs Policies 1. No cash refunds. An item may be exchanged within 30 days of sale. If the wrong item was shipped in error, Sapphire Bay Designs will pay the shipping costs 2. Sapphire Bay Designs reserves the right to ship a similar item to the item that the customer orders if the original item or its component parts are out-of-stock. 3. Merchandise which arrives to a customer in a damaged condition will be replaced by Sapphire Bay Designs at no cost to the customer. Note that if the original item or its component parts is not in stock, that a similar item will be substituted.

Payment Policy

Payment for merchandise ordered through Sapphire Bay Designs will be made exclusively via PayPal. Note that the email associated with Sapphire Bay Designs' PayPal account is: [email protected] as shop owner Cathy Harrison is also a music teacher and has been successfully and routinely accepting PayPal payments for music lessons through this PayPal email address for several years.

Shipping Policy

Sapphire Bay Designs charges a flat rate shipping cost of $7.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item. Normal shipping will be via U.S. Postal Service First Class. If Sapphire Bay Designs needs to alter this shipping method for a given order, the customer will be contacted and an alternate method will be worked out between the store and the customer.

Refund & Exchange Policy

There are no refunds. No exceptions. Merchandise that does not meet the customer's expectations for whatever reason be exchanged for another item. In this instance, the customer is responsible for paying Sapphire Bay Design's $7.00 flat rate shipping charge for the first item, and $3.00 for each additional item. Items that arrive to the customer in a damaged condition may be exchanged with Sapphire Bay Designs being responsible for the shipping charges for both the damaged item and the new item that will be replacing the damaged item. Customers are responsible for notifying Sapphire Bay Designs immediately if they receive damaged merchandise. Customers will need to email Sapphire Bay Designs a letter describing the damage before Sapphire Bay Designs will replace the item free of charge. In the event that Sapphire Bay Designs erroneously ships an incorrect item and it can be confirmed, they will exchange the customer's item for the correct item at no cost to the customer. When the customer's original order has been shipped back to Sapphire Bay Designs, the shop will ship the correct order to the customer at no cost.

Other Policies

Periodically, Sapphire Bay Designs will offer sales, discounts, or coupons to customers, both new and repeat, as a way of saying thank you for their business.
