RW Wood Art's Policies
RW Wood Art is a small workshop. I keep many items in stock for immediate purchase. I am happy to work with customers desiring a custom piece of art.. Custom pieces may take up to 30 days for completion and shipping. Many custom pieces will be completed before 30 days. However, all items custom ordered will be completed in order of which they are received.
Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment doesn’t clear, I will cancel the order. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase. You will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded. Payment is accepted through PAYPAL.
I usually use United States Postal Service it fits it ships boxes for the smaller items. Larger items may be shipped USPS,UPS, or Fed Ex. Shipping included in prices with the exception of locations outside the continental United States. On those occasions extra shipping charges will be applied to the final purchase price.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. **Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed, less shipping. If damage occurs during delivery, I will do my best to try and attempt to recreate the original piece. However, many of my pieces are one of a kind and recreating may not be possible.
