If within the shipping cost I will choose to ship USPS Priority Mail (1-5 days) or FedEx Ground (1-5 days). We can rush process your order and ship via USPS Express Mail (or FedEx Express). Contact us Typically, If I receive no approval of engraving design after a few days (3-5?) then I'll just engrave it to your request using my best judgement. =) All our Cutting & Serving boards are lovingly gift wrapped in custom burlap bags, and come with customized information and care sheets; perfect for giving as a special gift. We can also direct ship to your gift recipient; add the recipientÃ¢â¬â¢s address to the shipping location upon purchase, or conversation me to send your information. A complimentary gift card with desired message can also be included if requested. For international shipping costs not shown, conversation us and we can price it out for you! Any customs fees, taxes or duties to be paid by receiver. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Refunds and Exchanges Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great pride in the quality of the products we handcraft and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not in love with your item when you receive it; you may return it within a reasonable time period (10 days +/-) and receive a store credit or a full refund. Item must be unused and in same condition as received. Shipping will not be refunded or compensated in this instance. --Return your item in its original packaging, and ship your item back to us with the carrier of your choice. Note, we require using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment, we are not liable for a package lost in transit without any tracking availability. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. If, in a rare instance, your item is damaged in transit, contact us and we will discuss refund or replacement in this instance. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Additional Policies and FAQs Custom orders: We can handcraft nearly any item or combination of items from a variety of hard and softwoods. We aim to use only local, natural salvaged lumber. RusticCraft Handcrafted Cutting & Serving Boards GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS Normal wear is to be expected with any cutting surface, but with proper care, RusticCraftÃ¢â¬â¢s handcrafted cutting boards should last a lifetime. As with any wooden item, cutting boards should never be submerged in water for extended periods of time and most certainly NEVER place your wooden cutting board in the dishwasher. The dishwasher cycle produces extreme heat, humidity, and then more heatÃ¢â¬âthe wood will swell with water and then expand and contract in a short period of time causing cracking and splitting. Never place hot pots and pans or other extremely hot items on your wood cutting board surface as it could char and discolor. After you are done with your cutting board, brush with a little soap and warm water, rinse and dry thoroughly. The wood used for RusticCraft cutting boards has natural antimicrobial properties, and requires no significant disinfecting for normal use. To maintain the supple board finish; we recommend resealing with an oil or beeswax oil blend every few uses. Ã¢â¢Â¦When your board becomes lighter in color and feels 'dry' to the touch, that's when you know it's time to re-season your board. Simply rub a small amount of your Wood Conditioning Paste onto your clean, dry board with the grain of the wood...with your fingers or a clean rag....and let soak in for a few minutes. Any excess should be buffed off with a clean rag, in the direction of the grain of the wood, until the board has a smooth sheen. This wood conditioning treatment helps prevent staining, cracking, and food odor absorption. Food grade mineral oil or specialized butcher block conditioning oils may also be used, but do not use olive oil or other cooking oils to seal your board as these oils can turn rancid over time. Resealing your board is easy with our own beeswax wood conditioners; available in three different blends: Original Beeswax & Mineral oil, Organic Beeswax & Jojoba and Organic Beeswax & Coconut oil. Visit our website or Etsy shop to purchase. SPECIALIZED CARE INSTRUCTIONS Disinfecting; White Vinegar or 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, separately, both make effective disinfectants. Use full strength or dilute with a 1:1 ratio with water, brush your board with it, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Chlorine bleach is NOT recommended as it breaks down the woodÃ¢â¬â¢s natural fibers. Stain & Odor Removal; pour a little kosher salt to the surface of the board, add just enough lemon juice to form a paste, lightly scrub the board and let sit a few minutes to allow the salt to pull up stains and odors, rinse thoroughly. Next, pour a little baking soda onto the surface of your board, add just enough water to form a paste, lightly scrub the board and let sit a few minutes, allowing the baking soda to pull up any remaining stains and odors, rinse and dry thoroughly. Your board should be seasoned after cleaning with salts, as these are very drying.

Refund & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations -Please Contact me within: 14 days of delivery -Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery -Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: -Custom or personalized orders -Digital downloads Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns Shipping is not refunded for returns on items that are 'no longer needed' or 'not wanted'.

Gift wrapping and packaging We provide Gift wrapping and packing slips with no pricing information standard in all orders. Gift cards with personal message are complementary when requested. Custom and personalized orders All engravings are custom designed and engraved by hand onto the wood. In case of Lost or Damaged Items Most of our orders include shipping insurance. In case of lost or damaged items, a refund or replacement can be issued as soon as the buyer completes an affidavit, claim form and whatever other documentation may be required by the insurance company. Returns Shipping is not refunded for returns on items that are 'no longer needed' or 'not wanted'.
