All orders must be paid in advance.
I ship all items via USPS and will provide you with a tracking number. I always ship within the turnaround time stated but unfortunately I cannot guarantee timely arrival once your package has been posted. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays. Sometimes packages do get lost or stolen. For this reason, every package I send comes with a tracking number. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact your local post office A.S.A.P. so they can help you locate it. I will not replace any items unless a claim is filed that shows the package is truly lost.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact me immediately. I do not issue refunds until the item is returned to me in unused, undamaged condition. If you item arrives damaged you will be required to send a photo as proof of the damage. A claim will likely need to be filed with the postal service before I can issue a refund or replacement. Per Easy and Paypal policies, there are no refunds on custom orders. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
