Shipping Policy

Shipping - I usually ship within 1 business day unless it is a custom or specialty order. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns & exchanges I gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Frequently asked questions: Do you offer local pick-up or delivery in addition to shipping? I do offer local pick-up. Please message me if you are considering this option. I can offer a 15% discount on local pick-up order totals. I am more than happy to discuss deliveries, but I do not have the ability to deliver in most situations. Care instructions - Stamped Metal and sterling silver plated chains: I send a small polish cloth with each order. Please polish gently when needed. Coasters: Wipe clean with damp rag. Do not submerge in water.
