Shipping Policy

Shipping is typically done USPS and within a few days. If something will take longer, I will contact you. If something takes longer to get to you than anticipated (not based on shipping time but manufacture and prep time), I will happily refund your money.

Refund & Exchange Policy

No refunds of products. If something comes broken and there was no shipping insurance, I will make a new piece and send that out. Realize that some pieces take over 100 hours to manufacture so I say I will make a new piece knowing that spirit has a reason. If you are unhappy with a piece, I will make a new one for you- just pay the new shipping charges AND give the old piece away to someone else. This is all based on spiritual laws of attractions and love.
