pebble and ore- a place where quality materials, inspiration, and soul combine. A piece of jewelry should be fun, artful and reflect your personality; this is what I strive to capture! It is a focus of mine to use high-quality materials, such as authentic gemstones, genuine Swarovski crystals, and gold filled or sterling wire. This ensures a piece that can last a lifetime! If you see any item that captures your eye that is not the right size or color, contact me; I would be happy to work with you to create a special piece that will bring you smiles!
I accept Paypal payments only. I require payment in full for custom work before I begin the process of creating your piece.
Packages will be sent to the address given at Paypal checkout. Please check all info for accuracy. Thanks! All items unless otherwise noted, are shipped USPS first class mail- all orders are shipped with insurance if the purchase is over $10. If you desire other shipping methods, PLEASE contact me BEFORE purchase so I can research fees for you! pebble and ore does ship internationally. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees. Purchase price will be marked on the customs form. I will not and cannot falsify customs forms- if you are unsure of the duties/customs fees, please contact your postal service before purchase. Once the package has left my possession, I have no control over the mail; I do my very best to ensure that your item will get to you in time, but I am not responsible for a lost package; do let me know if you haven't received you package so we can investigate. Please contact your local postal office and your regional customs office with the customs number sent via the shipping email if your item has not arrived within 21 business days. If you have sent an item to another party as a gift you must let them know to expect an overseas package as many of these are returned unclaimed. If your International package has not arrived within 8-10 weeks of shipping I will ask you to help me with filing the insurance form if insurance is allowed for your country. I do not include invoices inside your package - trees thank you for that. Your receipt is always available for you to print under "purchases" from your account. There is no available tracking for orders shipped outside of the US except for the super-expensive global priority mail. If you are concerned about your package being lost, we can go with registered mail; also expensive, but not as pricey as the global option. Gift packaging: All purchases are shipped in a sweet kraft gift box tied with string; feel free to request an organza or black velvet bag- I am always happy to include a card- just ask!
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you have any issue/problem with a piece, please contact me so that I can resolve the issue. I want you to be delighted! If you do want to return an item, please do so within seven working days in new, unworn condition. I will refund the purchase price, minus shipping. Personalized pieces cannot be returned. You and I will work together every step of the way to ensure you are delighted!
Silver, as well as gold-filled jewelry,can tarnish over time. I recommend using a anti-tarnish jewelry cloth for polishing, rather than the "dips" that are out there for tarnish removal; they are harsh and may harm other items, such as gemstones, which may be part of your treasures. Copper, brass and nickel silver also tarnish- I personally love the aged patina that occurs over time. If that is not your thing, let me know and I can give you advice on how to polish your piece. A soft cloth works wonders!
