***Production time is currently ABOUT 3-4 weeks from the time of purchase. Please take this into consideration when ordering so that you can order the correct size needed. We need to have this production time set because we have so very many orders that need to be completed. Please take this into consideration when you purchase as you may need to purchase a larger size for your child. If you need you item sooner purchase the Rush Upgrade listing. ***Please be considerate of the amount of time that I put into crafting all items. I make each and every single item by hand as the orders come in so it takes many hours for each order to be completed. I work on orders all day long and even weekends most of the time but I do take time out to take care of my household and spend time with my 4 amazing children so please please please be patient with me as I craft your order. Please remember that I craft all orders as they come in so that I am able to keep it fair. Orders are processed in the order they are received, once payment has been received. ***Everything in my shop is handmade by myself (or Christine) and we pride ourselves in making each item with perfection and care. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information by email once your shipping label has been printed. ***Once your package is marked Ã¢â¬ÅacceptanceÃ¢â¬Â by the USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. At that time you are then Responsible for Contacting the post office and filing any claims that need to be filed. NMJ Crochet Creations will not file any claims or track lost packages. If you feel your package has been lost and it is marked "Acceptance" by the USPS you need to contact USPS Customer Service **** Since all of our items are made custom for each customer we do not offer refunds for any items that have been marked as shipped. Item exchanges for larger sizes or different colors are accepted but must be made within 10 days of your items being marked delivered by the USPS. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for the exchange. ****The customer is responsible for making sure that the shipping address is entered correctly at time of purchase. Shipping labels are generated automatically from the information entered in by the customer and is not altered by the seller. Therefore the customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the shipping address.
