However, sometimes there is an issue that needs to be addressed. We can't fix what we don't know about, so prior to leaving negative feedback, we ask that you make us aware of the issue. <b>Return/Exchange Policy: Non-Personalized Items</b> Non-personalized Krafty Kade purchases can be returned or exchanged when postmarked within seven business days of the delivery confirmation date, for a refund or exchange equal to your original purchase price (less shipping). You must contact us <b>prior</b> to returning or attempting to exchange any non-personalized Krafty Kade purchase so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #, along with our returns/exchanges shipping address. Any incurred costs for return shipments are the full responsibility of the buyer. Returned items that show obvious signs of use, wear, or abuse will not be accepted as returns; these items will be returned to the buyer & no refund will be given. Items received without an RMA# having been issued will be subject to the same terms as outlined below in "Returned/Undeliverable Shipments". Buyers are responsible for shipment costs on any exchanged items. <b>Return/Exchange Policy: Personalized Items</b> Personalized Krafty Kade purchases are not eligible for return or exchange, unless a mistake has been made by us in the completion of your order. Therefore, it is particularly important that you do any measurements prior to placing your order. We produce ordered items according to the information submitted to us at the time of purchase. Please verify that the information is correct prior to completing your purchase. If, after placing your order, you discover you mistakenly entered information, <u>you must contact us within the same business day in which you place your order</u>. Refunds, discounts, or exchanges are not available should you receive your order and discover that you ordered incorrectly. <b>Order Cancellations/Changes</b> We start production on your order as quickly as possible; in cases where you're ordering a pre-made item, we will typically prepare your shipment within the same business day. Therefore, if you need to cancel or change your order, you must contact us immediately at [email protected], or by calling us at 888-908-0837. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we do not guarantee the availability to make changes. Orders that are completed and/or shipped prior to us being notified of any cancellations or changes fall subject to the above-stated returns/exchanges policies. <b>Shipments</b> <u>Method:</u> We ship most orders via USPS, but in some cases we will ship via UPS or FedEx. Therefore, if you do need us to ship to a PO box instead of a street address, please contact us <b>prior</b> to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate this. In most cases, it's not a problem to do so. <u>Timeline/Rush Shipments:</u> The production timeline for a given item is stated on each product page. Please note that this does NOT include shipping time, which can vary greatly depending upon your location. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us <b>prior</b> to placing your order so that we can advise as to whether or not we can accommodate your request. Any additional postage costs for rush shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. <u>Returned/Undeliverable Shipments:</u> If an item is returned to us as undeliverable or as a return-to-sender, we will contact you to confirm your mailing address. You are responsible for any additional postage costs incurred for re-shipment to the correct address. If we are unable to reach you after three attempts, a 25% restock fee (for non-personalized items only) and original shipping costs will be assessed. <b>No refund will be given for personalized items returned via this method.</b> We will retain returned personalized items for two weeks after our third attempt at contacting you, at which point we will either discard or donate the personalized item, solely at our own discretion. <u>APO/FPO & International Shipments:</u> We are happy to ship your order to APO/FPO or international addresses! APO/FPO addresses are the same cost as any other domestic shipment. International shipment costs will be quoted on an individual basis. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order if a mistake is discovered after an item has been purchased. <b>Agreement to Shop Policies</b> Upon the successful completion of a purchase from Krafty Kade, you agree to abide by the above-stated policies.
