Welcome to JT Togs! With over 35 years of experience sewing I pride myself in my attention to the details and the quality of my work. Being a 5th generation seamstress I have learned from the best and love what I do. I have sewn everything from wedding dresses to baby diapers. After the birth of my two sons I decided to start focusing on little boys items. However I do some girl clothes and I am always open for custom work as well.
Payments are accepted via PayPal or Credit Card. Items will be made after they are completely paid for and all necessary information has been received (size, color, etc.).
If you are ordering multiple items the shipping calculator might double or triple (depending on items ordered) your shipping costs. I will always combine shipping and refund you the difference once the item has shipped. If you have questions regarding this, please send me a message. Always check for my current turnaround times. For items that are custom made, additional time may be needed to complete your order. If you need any item by a specific date, please contact me in advance to see if I can accommodate your need by date. All items will be shipped by USPS - Once an order leaves my hands at the post office, it is totally out of my control. I always ship in enough time to get to you by the date we agree on, but sometimes USPS takes longer than expected. First Class and Priority shipping are not guaranteed by the USPS, therefore I cannot guarantee it will arrives on time. Please add this time to the current turnaround time. When ordering, please include all details/information during checkout so that your order will not be delayed. All items are custom made and are not started until we have all of the information. If you need an item rushed (made within 7 business days or less), please contact me in advance to see if I can accommodate the date of your special event/need by date. PLEASE be sure the address listed on your order is the correct mailing address because that is the address I will ship to. If order comes back to me, you will have to pay for additional shipping for it to reship to the correct address.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact me right away. I will be more than happy with work with you. Refunds are considered if I am contacted within 10 days of receiving your item. There are no refunds for personalized items and no cancellation of personalized or customized orders once they are placed. Often an item is cut out and monogrammed the day of order so it can't be cancelled. If you are unsure of size, please message me to go over measurements. If a refund is granted, I will refund the full price of the item after they are shipped back and inspected. Items that are missing tags, dirty, stained or have been laundered will not receive a refund. I also do not refund any shipping costs.
Items that require a monogram, personalization or other customization, will not be created until all information is provided to me so that I can complete the order. You can provide monogram, personalization or other customization details during checkout, via a message to me through Etsy or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your order number in your message or email. In cases where I have not received the info, I will try to contact the buyer to let them know what information I need to complete the order. If I do not receive the required details to complete an order within 21 days, the said order will be canceled and a full refund will be processed.
