Shipping Policy

We ship every Monday and Thursday but please expect up to 14 business days for the hoops to be hand stitched.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept money back guarantees - at this time, we don't accept exchanges. Our money back guarantee is only valid if you contact the store within 3 days of receiving the product you wish to return. You will have to pay to send the product back. Once the product has been received you will receive your money back within 10 business days.
