Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, and include complimentary Signature Confirmation on orders over $250. And the best part, domestic shipping is always FREE!

Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted so long as the item is returned within 7 days of receiving, and the item is still in new and unworn condition. If that is the case, a full refund will be issued. IMPORTANT: Please contact me if you are returning a piece for a refund, so I can be expecting it in the mail.

Other Policies

I will also do a free size exchange in case you order the wrong size. You would be responsible for shipping the item back to me, but I will cover the return shipping back to you, free of charge (within the US only, international customers will have to pay return shipping). Again, the piece needs to be in new and unworn condition, but there is no time limit on this (within reason). This means if you purchase a ring for your friend's birthday a month from now, and it turns out to be the wrong size, you can still get a free size exchange as long as the piece is in new and unworn condition. IMPORTANT: Please contact me if you are returning a piece for a size exchange, so I can be expecting it in the mail.
