While my shop is always available to you, I am not. This is a home based business and I do have a life and a family. My official office hours are from 3pm to 9pm est. every day. If you are waiting for a response from me, it will most likely come during those hours. Every item in my shop is personalized so you WILL BE contacted by me. I cannot complete your order without your input and please keep this in mind, especially if you need an item by a certain date or event. My production time is dependent on your cooperation as a customer. Please note that I will not print or ship anything without customer approval, so please reply to my messages In most cases, I have the supplies on hand to print and wrap your order within a day or two. On some occasions, I may be waiting for a supply shipment or have to make a candy bar run. This will add an additional day or two to your order. To stay on the safe side, I would allow a time period of 7-10 days for processing your order. If you need your items quicker than that, just contact me and ask if it is possible. Most times, I can accommodate any request.
I accept Paypal payments. Work on the design and personalization of your product will begin when payment is received.
I offer my customers a fair, flat rate shipping price of $7 for most transactions. I do this to make it easier for everyone involved in the transaction. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, no exceptions and I WILL NOT ship outside of the US. If you require a different shipping method, please contact me before placing your order so we can discuss the shipping costs associated with your order. All Candy Cakes shipping costs are calculated using using calculated shipping. The cost to mail these unique candy cakes varies depending on the customers location and the Post Office does not offer a flat rate box option that is large enough for the candy cakes, so I must calculate the shipping on them. SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK! I will not take responsibility for anything that happens after your package has been shipped and it is in the hands of the Post Office. I have no control over what happens to your packages and I cannot make them arrive any faster. If you are ordering a chocolate item, and many of my items are, please keep in mind that they will melt! If you live in a warm climate or if it is summertime, please make sure that someone is home to accept the shipment and bring it indoors. If you require an alternate shipping location, please contact me. In the summer months and when shipping to the warmer states, I will always include an ice pack in your shipment. While the ice pack will not guarantee that your product will not melt or stay frozen, it will at least keep the chocolate cool in transit. You should still bring it indoors and out of direct heat and sunlight soon after it arrives at your home.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the highly personalized nature of the product, they not non-returnable and non-refundable unless I make a mistake, which rarely happens. It is my shop policy to not print or ship anything without customer approval. You will receive the item that you approve. Please check your proofs and please reply to my messages.
