If you do not provide the needed information, your order may be delayed. I do not offer cancellation/refund/exchanges on items for spelling or placement errors, unless they are a mistake made on my part.

Due to my large selection of items, I do not keep items in stock - all apparel are purchased after you pay for your order. For this reason, I do not offer cancellations/refunds/exchanges on any item. Production time for apparel is approximately 2 weeks - not including holidays or weekends. If you need your order sooner, please contact me BEFORE order to ensure that I can accommodate you.
Washing instructions: all apparel should be washed inside out, using cold water, using NO bleach or fabric softener, and either laid flat to dry or hung to dry. Apparel should not be dry cleaned. If an ironing is necessary, please place of piece of parchment or wax paper over the design. Never touch an iron directly to the design.
Please note that you are paying for my time, and creativity in creating this design for you. Everything in my shop is made by me. Each piece I create is one-of-a-kind and no two will be ‘exactly’ alike.
