Payments should be made within 36 hours of ordering and are due in full.
Shipping prices fluctuate depending on the size, shape and condition of any given piece. I will ship already made pieces within three business days; custom orders can be expected to take a bit longer.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I will only accept refunds and exchanges if the product bought has a flaw such as a stitch coming undone or a hoop cracking: damage that occurred during shipping or otherwise. Refunds and exchanges are not available at this time for perceived cosmetic flaws or the like, especially on custom orders.
