ALP's Craft Shack's Policies
I have been making Handmade Wood, Felt, & Foam Crafts, Gifts, Accessories, & Shapes for the past five (5) years and selling them primarily by word-of mouth, as I heard too many horror stories about Amazon, eBay, & Etsy. I recently discovered the Aftcra site and was impressed by it, so, here I am. I am glad to be here and offering my Unique Quality Handcrafted Items to you.
PayPal is the accepted form of payment, as the transactions are secure. You do not need an account on this site in order to place an order. Place your order and checkout as a guest, or with your account. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order, as PayPal accepts most credit cards. Orders will ship to the address that is on the PayPal receipt of payment, unless you asked for a change through the verification message, or contacted me with a change request.
All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, First Class Package Service, or Priority Mail - depending on the package's size and weight. An Estimated Delivery Date and Tracking Numbre (where applicable) will be provided upon Order Shipment. If you have time constraints on the order, please contact me for expedited order processing and shipping fees. If you have a preferred shipping provider, please contact me with the details.
Refund & Exchange Policy
In essence, all of my orders are 'custom made'. As such, no refunds are available. On the standard products, I will offer and even exchange, if the product is returned in good condition. For standard products on which you have requested customization, and on products custom made to your request, no exchanges are available.
If you would like your order customized in some way, other than what was offered, or if you do not see what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us. We love custom orders & challenges.
