Waxhaw Woodworks creates unique and one of a kind products. We have many pre-made items, but we also enjoy making custom items according to your needs. If you need a custom item or just have questions, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
At this time, Aftcra only accepts payment through Paypal.
We normally ship 1-3 business days after payment has cleared for pre-made items. On custom made items, delivery will be established once the details of the order are determined. For most items we ship via USPS. For larger items it is usually cheaper to ship with FedEx Home Delivery. If you have a question about shipping costs, contact us and we can give you a shipping cost based on your zipcode. At this time we are only shipping within the USA.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, you may request a refund or exchange. Refunds will only be made once items are returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If items are damaged in shipping, you must first contact the shipping agent to process a claim. We do not accept returns on custom made products.
