Quality products and customer satisfaction are my number one priorities with The Soothe Chef. I sincerely hope that the products I create are as beneficial to you and yours as they are to me and my family. I believe in wholesome care for all.

Payment Policy

All payments are due before the product is shipped. If an order must be cancelled, you will be fully refunded as long as the cancellation has been made before shipment. If the cancellation is made after the item is shipped, I will gladly refund the price of the item but shipping, and return shipping, will not be refunded and the refund will be initiated once I receive the item back in the same condition it was sent in. If you have another way you would like to pay, please contact me and I will try to make it happen.

Shipping Policy

I always will include a confirmation for products I ship and do my best to give you a code to track your order through the mail. I will gladly ship internationally. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. I will ship directly to the address you provide me. If you notice an error in the provided address, please contact me as soon as possible so we can get it fixed prior to shipment. I am not responsible for misdelivered mail due to an incorrect address and will gladly resend the package once it has been returned to me and postage to the correct address has been paid. All shipping rates are at my cost; I do not mark up my shipping! Insurance is not provided on orders of $40 or less. Please contact me if you would like insurance on an order under $40 or select the postal insurance upgrade upon checkout. I will occasionally using packing peanuts to secure items for transit; but don't panic! They're recycled and will not come in direct contact with your items. I <3 the Earth as well. I also pack with recycled newspaper, I do my best to help keep Earth healthy. If a shipment did not reach you, please contact me. If USPS shows the order as delivered, I will gladly direct you to their customer services line. I generally cannot ship you another time without proof that the item was not delivered to you. Although, I do take special cases into consideration so please keep the line of communication open. I ship all orders using USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail. Shipping takes between 2-5 days in the USA, depending on the shipping method and weather delays. I will gladly upgrade your shipping if you need it faster, with a shipping upgrade fee. Please contact me to arrange this, or select it from the upgrade options.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If any product does not meet or exceed your expectations for any reason please contact me. You will be given shop credit as a form of refund. I am not liable for lost or damaged items due to postal error. If you would like to pursue a refund, you must contact me within 14 days of receipt of your package (the date used as receipt is the date that USPS tracking notes delivery). If you receive a damaged item due to my mistake, I will gladly send you a replacement once I have received the damaged item. If I deem that the damage was caused by me, I will pay for return shipping of the item as well as the cost of replacing the item. If I deem that the damage was not due to me, or that it is due to postal error, unfortunately I will not pay for return shipping and the cost of the new item. If you are concerned about damage due to postal mistake, please select the insurance upgrade when purchasing your item.

Other Policies

The bottom line is that I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If that doesn't happen, for whatever reason, do not hesitate to contact me and let me know. Custom orders are completely possible and I am more than happy to design something for you or have you submit designs to me! I stand behind my products and put love into everything I make. I am human, I make mistakes! Please have patience and be kind when contacting me about issues. I am a one person business working to create the best items for you. I have a family, health issues, high stress levels, and a gift to get to uncle Bob by tomorrow just like you. While I use all-natural ingredients in my items, they can be harmful if they are not used properly. Keep them our of reach of children and pets and do not ingest them for any reason. Please follow the directions; I have written them that way for a reason! I will not be held responsible for harm from my products if they are not being used properly. My items have not been evaluated by the FDA and they are not meant to prevent, treat, or cure any diseases. If you are pregnant or nursing please consult a physician or do your own research before use, as some essential oils cannot be used by pregnant or nursing women. Certain essential oils are not meant for babies, toddlers, or children. Please take this into consideration prior to use. If you have any questions or concerns about how to use these products, please contact me! I am more than happy to do custom and bulk orders. Please contact me to arrange this, and be aware that I require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit before starting any custom or bulk orders.
