Here are some quick notes from our shop's policies: Payments & Processing: All payments must be made in a timely manner. Payments are processed through PayPal. After your payment has been received, our turnaround time is between 3-5 days. Shipping: All physical products are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We do ask that you verify all information before you approve the proof. Refund & Exchange Policy

All of our paper products are verified by you, the customer, before we finalize the design and send them to you. Because of this and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please verify all information before approving the design. Once approved, the design is final and any changes made after may incur a fee.
