Pretty Little Things's Policies
Hello, my name is Susan! This past summer was the first summer I didn't work a full time job. I was able to stay at home with my kids. This freed up some time, allowing me to do more of what I loved to do, instead of doing what I had to do. Making crafts and selling them has been fun! I really enjoy being able to tap into my creative side. I hope you enjoy what I have to offer! Thank you for looking!
Whole Payment is due upon ordering. Payments are made via Paypal to my shop.
I usually ship my items within 3 business days from the time of order. Usually, if the item is already prepared, your order will ship within 1 business day. Items are either shipped flat rate (under one pound) and priority (over one pound). Shipping rates are determined by weight of the order. At this time, I only ship within the US.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I do my best at keeping my customers happy. If you are not happy with your purchase, I am willing to accept returns within 4 weeks of the purchase date. Customer will be liable for shipping/return fees. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued.
