+All custom items and sale items are final sale. Due to the nature of custom orders we do not allow returns or exchanges on those once payment clears. You may cancel an order up to 1 hour after purchase and prior to order confirmation. +Please submit payment within 48 hours after receiving the invoice or order will be canceled. +Custom and made to order item(s) require payment to be received and cleared before production will start. +Custom bulk orders require payment in full and will require at least a month of processing time.
+We do ship only through USPS. +Allow 5-10 business days (closest Friday) for most items to be shipped once payment clears for ready to ship items during non peak holiday seasons. (October-January is peak winter holiday season). +We ship out items on Thursdays or Fridays (there are exceptions but most items will be shipped the Thursday or Friday closest to placed order if we have item(s) in stock or second Thursday or Friday for made to order items). Please contact us if you need an item sooner and we will try to work something out with you (additional fees may be required). +Please make sure name and address is current and correct associated with your account. A verification email of name and address will be sent after invoice. Items will not be mailed until verification has been given. +Custom made items and made to order items may require additional time and estimated shipment time will be included at invoice. +We offer bulk items on certain items. Custom bulk orders will require at least 1+ month to make depending on the quantity, time of year, and what we have in stock at the time. Please plan at least 1+ month or more when purchasing bulk items. Contact us for a custom listing and an estimated ship by date. +During busy seasons, additional time to ship may be needed and estimated time will be sent with invoice. +We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken item(s) once placed in the mail. +All digital purchases are final "as is" and will be sent to only one email. Please make sure email is correct at the time of payment. Questions and inquiries about "final sale" digital copies are not permitted once they are emailed. +At this time we only offer US shipment. +A tracking number is included with all USPS flat rate shipping options. We will include a tracking number when we can. We will let you know if a custom order cannot include a tracking number due to box size or if an additional fee is needed to include tracking. +We offer two types of shipping: first class mail in a padded brown envelope for smaller and lighter items a max of two items will be used and then an upgrade to one of our flat rate options with increase in price will be implemented. You will receive a tracking number but we cannot guarantee a timely shipping as this is the slowest ship option and not recommended if you need an item faster since we do have a 1-3 week processing time since all items are made to order. Our second ship option upgrade is for a USPS flat rate this will be in a white padded envelope or white box depending on the item(s) ordered and what we have in stock. Note that this is required for 3 or more items ordered to ensure we don't go over weight and cost us more. This option is also great as it comes with a 1-3 day ship delivery time sometimes up to 4 days on peak season from the USPS. You can upgrade to this option with any order. So even if you order only one item and want to have a faster delivery select this option. +If you would like to order more than one item and combine shipping with $.50 additional items please message us and if not corrected we will make a listing for you to include it. Refund & Exchange Policy
+All custom items and sale items are final sale. Due to the nature of custom orders we do not allow returns or exchanges on those once payment clears. You may cancel an order up to 1 hour after purchase and prior to order confirmation. +We do accept returns, if once you receive your order, and it is not a custom item or sale item, please contact us if you wish to return and we will see how best to assist you. Seller is responsible for return shipping cost and may or may not pay new shipping cost. During peak holiday season returns may be slower to process and we cannot always guarantee a solution can be reached before a holiday during peak holiday season as noted what our peak holiday season is. I gladly accept returns and cancellations Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase I don't accept exchanges But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Similar designs may be offered if an item sells out. +Listed items are either for exact item sale or for a similar one not pictured which will be noted in listing.
