My Tutu Cute Boutique's Policies
Thank you for visiting my shop! I hope you find something that you love! Your happiness with your order is extremely important to me. If you would like something custom made, please message me and I would be more than happy to accommodate your request!
My Tutu Cute Boutique accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. My Tutu Cute Boutique will provide you with one additional day (that's four days total). If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled. If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
All packages will be sent USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or Parcel Post for larger tutus/orders. My turnaround time is 1-2 business days (fast as possible!) and your package should reach you in 3-5 business days(not guarenteed). If you would like expedited delivery, signature confirmation or insurance please let me know and I will send you the new details. If you would like to purchase 2 day shipping to get your item faster, you can find it under my shop and add it to your purchase for an additional $3.00. MyTuTuCuteBoutique is not responsible for shipping delays. Please keep in mind shipping is based on USPS averages and are not guaranteed delivery times. During peak shipping periods and inclement weather shipments may take longer. I cannot be responsible for damage or delays in shipping after the products leave my hands. If ordering last minute the customer is accepting responsibility that the product may not reach it's destination in time. I will always have items shipped in the time frame listed or within my current make time of one to two business days :) Delivery errors due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by buyers are not the responsibility of this shop. All items are shipped with a tracking number to ensure that as much information as possible is available to buyers while their order is in transit.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Typically no refunds as all items are custom made. There can be exceptions to this rule if it is my mistake! I expect 100% satisfaction and work hard to keep that standard! I am here for you! :)
Each tutu will shift during shipment. Once received, remove tutu from bag and place on your little princess. You will want to separate each layer of tulle to get maximum fullness as shown in my listings. If you would like additional suggestions, please convo me; I am always happy to help!
