DISCRETION & CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY Our policies are focused to keeping your personal details private and will not be shared with anyone. That includes details collected via online orders, newsletter mailing lists, emails etc. All items are posted in plain packaging – generally USPS cardboard tubes, cardboard or polystyrene boxes or envelopes for smaller items. The sender will be identified as Master Control’s Workshop & Signs. Items posted overseas must contain a description of the contents on customs declaration forms. Contents will be described as “Wooden toys” or "Decals". All orders will be shipped USPS Priority. Processing time: Usually between 2-14 days, and for larger items 2-3 weeks. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refund & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY Each product has it’s own return policy listed on the product page. It is rare, but just let us know so we can fix the problem and get you what you want ASAP. You can use our contact form to contact us. I may offer you a comparable replacement item if one is available. I will require the broken item to be returned to me so I can examine it to better understand the reason for the breakage. If you choose a stain color, it is classified as a custom order, and cannot be resold. No refunds on CUSTOM ORDERS. Other words, NO REFUNDS ON OILED, STAINED, VINYL IMAGED or HOLED Lexan, Leather or Hardwood items, I cannot resell it - LEXAN, LEATHER & WOOD PRODUCTS - Refunds are considered according to shop policies. No refunds on CUSTOM ORDERS. - VINYL DECALS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will not be considered for vinyl decals. We can not guarantee that Vinyl stickers will adhere to all types of surfaces. I GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES Contact me within: 3 days of delivery Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery in perfect condition. We don’t accept cancellations – But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED Because of the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns: Custom or personalized orders Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Items on sale CONDITIONS OF RETURN Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Due to the personal nature of my creations I cannot offer returns if you change your mind.
