Hello! Welcome to Lemon Lime Creations! We have used this section to address lots of our FAQs. We strongly believe an educated buyer is a happy buyer. We are a hand stamped jewelry shop. That means that we stamp each letter one at a time onto a metal blank that is then finished and shaped for you. All items (unless marked ready to ship) are made to order. This means no two items are the same. Pictures posted in listings are examples of our work. You may notice that sometimes the letters are not perfectly straight. While we try our best, since things are made one letter at a time, they will never be in a perfect straight line. That is what makes hand stamped items unique and fun! Please read our shop policies section before purchasing. Not every item is right for every person. We understand that and will be happy to answer all the questions we can to make certain the item you are considering will be an item you are happy with. Please note: if there is an error in your order please notify us immediately so we correct the issue. We do double check orders but mistakes do happen. We are only human. RECEIPTS / GIFTS: Unless you specifically ask for the receipt to be left out of a package, THE RECEIPT IS INCLUDED. Any packages leaving the USA (International orders) will absolutely have a receipt. We are not allowed to ship merchandise internationally without the package including a clear record of the contents and value (receipt). I can look coordinates up for you if you provide location information (address, or common place name like Empire State Building). If you provide coordinates, we will stamp the coordinates EXACTLY as you send them (we do not reformat coordinates sent to us) We use the following website to look up coordinates: www.mapseasy.com/adress-to-gps-coordinates.php
PRODUCTION TIME IS 9-10 BUSINESS DAYS. We ship via USPS First Class Mail Payment must be made at time of check out through AFTCRA's cart system. US state sales tax for TEXAS will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE ITEMS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE. PAYPAL DOES OFFER THE OPTION TO CHANGE YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS DURING CHECK OUT. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY YOU AT CHECK OUT THAT IS TIED TO YOUR ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS US CUSTOMERS: We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class for all orders shipping to an address in the States. The USPS quotes US shipping time is 3-5 business days NOT guaranteed. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS may be charged a customs / import fee by their country, This is the buyer's responsibility to pay. The UK specifically has had recent law changes (£11/$18 customs charge and up have been reported by customers). Please check with your postal system to see what they will charge you. It is not a fee accessed or collected by me, but your government. Your shipping time is quoted as being 2-10 weeks (and possibly longer) by the US Postal System. Your package has to go through your country's customs / duty process for incoming packages. That is what is known to slow delivery time down. I do suggest checking with your county's postal system to learn more about that process and the length of time it generally takes. It is your responsibility to check and update your shipping address at check out. During the check out, you can change the address you want your order shipped to. We will ship all orders to the shipping address tied to the order in AFTCRA's system. If you are intending to purchase multiple items to be sent to different addresses, you will need to do a separate transaction for each address and enter the correct mailing address at checkout, not put it in the notes to seller.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We handle any errors in one of two ways in our shop. We can issue a refund once the incorrect bracelet has been mailed back, or we can exchange it for you. You must contact us with a picture of the mistake, and let us know which option you would like. We ask that you mail the item back with a tracking number and then send us the tracking number. Once we have the number we can either instigate the refund or promptly ship the replacement. Let me know which you would like, and we will get it taken care of. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us. We handle non error returns on a case by case basis, and do reserve the right to refuse refunds if the order was filled without errors. All sales are considered final 14 days after tracking shows receipt of an item.
