Introduction

Please ask questions as I want you to know how Icebox's Yard works and what you, as a buyer, can expect. Mutual understanding is imperative so both our expectations are met. As you read through or if something is not clear, please let me know. I DO NOT use real kids to model my hats. I have worked with paroled sex offenders and understand that some may use pictures of children for "bedtime entertainment". These pics don't need to be sexual. Payment Policy

I accept Paypal ONLY. PayPal can process a credit card, an E-Check, and Debit Cards more quickly than other forms of payment. When payment has cleared, Paypal notifies me that the transaction is paid and complete, and that I can ship your purchase. I cannot ship until Paypal tells me the payment is complete. Please verify that your Paypal address is correct,as I will send your purchase to the address Paypal has on file. If the address is incorrect or the merchandise is returned, it will be buyers responsibility to pay to have the item reshipped. This is for your protection - so no one else can use your Paypal account to have merchandised shipped to their address.

Shipping Policy

I usually use USPS to ship items and go to the Post Office within 2 business days of completed payment. Please understand the local PO is 10 miles away, so daily trips are prohibitive. I prefer to ship Priority Mail, as the cost includes tracking and insurance. For smaller items, I do offer First Class mail, but adding insurance, etc usually brings the cost close to Priority Mail. I do not charge for packaging or handling. I try very hard to make sure the shipping costs do not become prohibitive. I do not 'gift wrap' your item, unless requested. This eliminates the cost of additional wrapping and postage. I want you to be impressed with my item, not the fancy paper and ribbon I could wrap it in. Most items will come in a sealed plastic bag to prevent any water damage - in case the mailman leaves it on your porch in a shower. The plastic bag is then inserted into the mailing box or envelope. I will consider combined shipping. Please let me know if you wish to purchase multiple items so I can calculate an accurate shipping cost. USPS gives an estimate of the shipping time - it is just an estimate. Please allow sufficient time for your package to arrive. Once I leave the package at the Post Office, I have no control over the delivery. If an item is received damaged please notify me immediately and I will either gladly replace the item or refund your money. The Customer needs to return the defective/damaged item before any refunds or exchanges are done. I do not reimburse for shipping, however if the item is damaged because of the post office, once I receive the item back from the Customer I can then file a claim with the Post Office. Every item I ship out is insured.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. If you believe an item is defective, please notify me within 3 days of delivery. If I agree, I will refund the cost of the item or offer to replace it, if possile. Postage is non-refundable.. Refunds may take up to 30 Days, but may require the item be returned, before a refund / replacement is sent. USPS insurance is used to cover loss of shipment. If an item is received damaged please notify me immediately and I will either gladly replace the item or refund your money. The Customer needs to return the defective/damaged item before any refunds or exchanges are done. I do not reimburse for shipping, however if the item is damaged because of the post office, once I receive the item back from the Customer I can then file a claim with the Post Office. Every item I ship out is insured.
