All orders are final sale unless the item is faulty. Payment is due at the time of your order, I will not start any orders unless your payment has cleared. If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order it needs to be done before I have started to make and package it. If your item has been marked as shipped I can no longer cancel or issue a refund.

Please order early to insure you get your items timely. I am responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. I am not responsible for lost, damaged or miss-delivered packages. ***I do not work for the USPS, I cannot, and WILL NOT contact them under any circumstances to find out the status of your package. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to contact USPS as soon as the package is accepted.*** for international orders I ship UPS first class international. In my experience arrival time is 1-2 weeks (up to 4 weeks) depending on your location. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once packages are in the possession of USPS all claims need to be filed with USPS. If you would like to buy insurance for your package please let me know before purchasing and I can set up a listing for you with the added cost. ***Please understand that packages can sit in a USPS sorting center for several days. This is typical for most packages, and nothing can be done to speed up the sorting process. If you have an event and need it by a certain date rush shipping needs to be purchased. I DO NOT give estimated arrival dates, I do not work for USPS and have no idea of when a package will arrive. A tracking number is provided once a packaging label is created and any questions about arrival times needs to be asked of USPS***
Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If it was an error on my part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund Custom made orders are non-returnable.
