Aggravation is a board game for up to six players. Great for a family game night at the beach or during get togethers. The game is said to have originated in the Appalachian hills, but is similar to Mensch Argere Dich Nicht, a German board game originating in 1907. The object is to be the first player to have all four playing marbles reach the player's home section of the board without being sent back … or “aggravated” as its called. Game board is 18 inches in diameter with large spacing between marbles making it easy to pick and move them when it's your turn. Bottom of board has non-scuff pads to protect furniture. Stained nutmeg brown and hand painted. Everything you need to begin play as soon as it arrives. Includes: * 18 in. dia. game board * 24 marbles (4 of each color) * Velvet storage pouch... attached by eye hook (removable if desired) * Rules of Aggravation Cats prefer to sit on it more than on other board games.
