Shipping Policy

Processing time for shipment varies; for specific details, see individual items. We normally use FedEx Ground for shipping or USPS in some cases. Either way, we will provide you with a Tracking # for your convenience. We send our packages "without" the need of a signature for package delivery unless you specify you would like that option. We will accommodate for the "Signature Required" service but you MUST inform us via email (click on the Contact Store icon) as soon as you place your order.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Contact us within 3 days after receiving your item if you wish to return it so that we are aware you will be shipping the package back to us. Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving the item(s). We do not accept exchanges and Custom orders are non-refundable. We can only accept returns if it has not been used; as feline parents, we know that cats are critical of the scents of others cats. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and everything must be returned in its original condition; the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
