Welcome to Decorate The Nest! We specialize in custom made and personalized nursery and toddler bedding. Please take a look around the shop, if you see something you like but would love it in a different fabric or style, send a message, we do custom orders! Thanks! DecorateTheNest accepts PayPal. You have 24 hours from the date of purchase to cancel your order. Refunds, if requested and approved will be sent via PayPal as well.
DecorateTheNest ships Priority or First Class through the USPS. I ship promptly and if I am away on vacation which may delay shipping time I will state the date you can expect shipment in the shop announcement. Shipping charges include actual shipping costs plus supply/handling fees (such as Aftcra fees, paypal fees, packaging costs and gas). I print MOST of my shipping labels through PayPal which includes Delivery Confirmation, to ensure delivery confirmation or if you would like insurance or expedited shipping please contact me first. Once the package leaves my hands it is no longer my responsibility, it is then entrusted to the USPS for delivery to you. PLEASE NOTE: WE SHIP TO THE ADDRESS LISTED IN PAYPAL! Please make sure it is correct.
Refund & Exchange Policy
DecorateTheNest accepts refunds/exchanges on a LIMITED basis. Personalized items are non-returnable! Please contact me immediately if you feel "something is not quite right" with your purchase, and I will do my best to find a happy outcome. If the item is unused and unwashed I will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping and handling fee within 14 days from orginal purchase date. Exchanges can be made. As stated above original shipping will not be refunded and additional shipping will be required for replacement items.
Within 1 business day of your purchase I will contact you to discuss fabric options. Each order is 100% created by you. You and I will work together to select the perfect fabric selections for your order. If you already have fabric in mind, you can include that in the "notes from buyer" section on the order page. I can't wait to make your custom nursery items for you!
