Payment Policy
I appreciate payment being made right away via PayPal. ***Please note: For e-checks orders I am unable to ship until payment clears.
Shipping Policy
I ship worldwide every afternoon, Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. For domestic packages I ship via USPS First Class Mail if under 13 ounces and Priority Mail over 13 ounces. International packages are sent via USPS. All orders are insured. All U.S. Orders over $250 will include signature confirmation.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I offer refunds or exchanges for any reason within 7 days of package delivery. Refunds will be given once original purchase has been returned. Buyer is responsible for return postage unless other arrangements have been made. Lost/Damaged/Not Received Packages: All packages are insured. If a problem should arise I do ask for your cooperation in filing a claim. You will be asked to fill out a form on-line and maybe to take a picture of the damage in order to satisfy the insurance claim. Or, to give a statement that the package did not arrive. Claims can take up to 45 days to be reimbursed. I will refund you at that time. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
