We make everything from real wood by hand. Please allow for 3-5 days turn around on items.

Payment Policy

We accept paypal for payment. Once payment is received we can start your order.

Shipping Policy

We ship everything using the USPS. However, because we are in the northeast we must ship using priority mail service.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you contact us with 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery we will consider refunding items that have been broken by shipping or are defective upon receiving them. We don't accept cancellations and items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
